IKEBANA - Japanese Art Of Flower Arrangement (PRIVATE)

DESCRIPTION:
Ready to try a calming, meditative new activity that will put you in touch with nature? In this workshop, you will learn the essence of basic Ikebana flower arranging.

In this relaxing and contemplative process, our Ikebana expert will teach you how to create your own unique flower arrangement. The session starts with a brief lecture on the historical and socio-cultural aspects of Ikebana. Then, participants will make a basic arrangement to learn the traditional design principles, and a freestyle arrangement to learn how to express themselves through Ikebana.

At the end of the session, we hope that you leave relaxed and fulfilled. You will likely find yourself re-energised through the magic of touching beautiful gifts of nature.

Participants arrive with nothing and leave with a flower work of art and the inspiration to make many more. This workshop is ideal for your special event such as hen's party or team building activity.
